The video was shot at the famous Tribe Hotel which was among the top 100 hotels recognised as the best in the World by Conde Nast Traveller.

KATAA HIO is a story on the ills of society… Wife battery, prostitution,teenage sex, double dealing in relationships,politics and corruption are the main focus of this song. Am telling the public through the media that if we just stood firm we could be rid of these ills.(KATAA HIO)!……..

In this video i was being portrayed as a God father of some sorts…….Who is powerful enough with enough clout to call on a press conference to ask the public to wake up and do something about what is going on…….Godfather has powerful connections and the video features a star studded cast….My good friends Chris Kirubi,Eddie Kimani,Charles Otieno,Collo Kleptomaniax,P-UNIT, Abaas. BIG SHOUT OUT TO DASHY CREW who did an ausome job too….

Chidi Won the best Hip Hop artist in Tanzania at the Kilimanjaro Awards! PoooooPoooooo POOOOO PISHAAAAA>>>>>>

Yet another Pro Habo/Big idea joint, “Chaguo Langu” a new single by Chidi Benz. This was video was shot in Nairobi the same day as Kadhaa remix yaani it was a really hard but productive day. Both videos were directed by Nonini but for the first time Prohabo has spreed its wings to Tanzania.I kinda have a feeling like its kadhaa on the beach but with in an indoor setting (Watoto Nao?) If u dont jua who Chidi is how about a multiple Kilimanjaro Award winner for best Hip Hop song in Bongo! Chidi Benz represents that “street edgy” music and his musical catalog is Huge. He is like a brother to me…personally i think he is the Best TZ has got thus far.

Another Pro Habo/ Big ideas joint…..actually we did this video as a joke! We were shooting Chidi’s video for chaguo langu and since he was in town,nonini and willie came up with this simple concept of Kadhaa remix. Why not shoot the video while the boys are chilling watching the original on a back ground screen. INITIALLY this video wasnt meant for tv but it came out so superbly we decided why not release it on air…..The boys kama kawa out did themselves big up kila mtu ule ali contribute to this project! Big up Mash Auto for hooking us up with the LIMO!….

When it comes to giving Genge Swag….we have done just that. We have managed to mold Genge into an urban youth culture that everyone can identify with. From Fashion,to the way we speak even our fans wanna be identified with the name wagenge. This year has been a blessing for us and we thank God and our fans from the bottom of our hearts. So when they thought we were done we finish up 2009 with a monster Jam called Hapa Kule again willie killed the video yaani there is no stopping Big Idea and Prohabo…..Noma sana. See u 2010………

This Video was shot in the beautiful town of Watamu in the coastal area of Kenya….It cost me roughly 5000$ currently the most expensive video i have ever done but it was totally worth it! Willie Owusu(Big Ideas) shot the video while i directed it (Pro-habo). This was the best video ive ever done in my portfolio probably the most fun ive ever had doing a video. The woman who came thru jus wanna give u a big shout out! Linda in watamu (the godmother) big up! After what Kenya had gone thru with the elections i felt we needed a feel good song that makes u forget all negativity and gets u in a celebratory mood. Kadhaa delivered that! HISTORY in the making plus it revolutionised Kenyan Music Videoz…….

Now this was a personal favourite not to mention classic. I composed the whole song and Lady Bee killed it with her vocals. This is jus a journey down memory lane reminiscing about the good old days when we were hustling. Pinye was dj club jungle,neighbour hood games ma kamero na ma kabuti those guys who used to come collect litter yaani this track was jus special. I wanna dedicate it to Mukhsin a very good friend who passed on this year. He was a friend and abrother….we used his car to do the driving shots! Big Up Willie Owusu Big Ideas and Pro habo….the journey still continues!
