Albinos-Light and Dark!

“My brothers and sisters wanauliwa Tanzania…Peke yangu naogopa kutembea tu kwa njia….Waganga wana believe udosi comes from my body parts! Kitu wanapata tu ni thambi..when my soul departs” Hii ni story ya Human Race! Ina matter kweli story ya Colour Kwa Face! Ina matter kama sina Colour Kwa Face! Hii mentality Tunai Erace.”

They cannot come out and walk in the open daylight due to the sun but all they need is Sun Screen Lotion,Shades and a Hat and they are good to go.

They cannot come out at night due to the fear of being hunted by people who claim that their body parts have magical powers to bring wealth/fortune! Seriouslyyyyyy?????

In the godfather album there is a song called Colour kwa Face! This song was inspired by the movie (IN MY GENES) which i attended the screening last year. So inspired i had to do my part jus to sensitize people that albinos should not be victimised coz of there colour kwa face.

My video producer Willy Owusu works alot with groups and societies of people living with Albinism so i decided il be a voice in the society to fight 4 the same cause.

What is Albinism?  Albinism is a hereditary condition, but occurs only when both parents have albinism genes. Its a complete or partial absence of pigment in the skin, hair and eyes due to absence or defect of an enzyme involved in the production of melanin. Its just a skin condition. Not an infectious disease!

This story really touched me and i had to share it with yall. Its time to celebrate our differences rather than persecute the innocent.
